Maximum Impact Studio — Privacy

Maximum Impact Studio builds apps and games. Privacy practices vary by product — some of our apps have no backend and collect nothing, while others (for example ad-supported games) may include third-party SDKs that collect data under their own policies. So rather than make one blanket promise, each product ships with its own privacy policy describing exactly what it does:

• TokenCounter Privacy Policy — no backend, no analytics, no account; your data never leaves your device.
• Chal Rickshaw! Privacy Policy — single-player game; no account and no backend of ours, but it uses standard third-party SDKs for crash reporting, anonymous analytics, and ads (data handled under their policies).

This studio site itself is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. It uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — things like which pages are visited, approximate region, and what device/browser is used — so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect a truncated IP address and usage data, which Google processes under its own Privacy Policy and how Google uses data. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies/scripts in your browser.

Standard web-server request logs may also be retained by GitHub as the host; see GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
